Each of our rentals comes with a trained crew, safety equipment, fuel, and standard refreshments. Various services offer different additions — for instance, our evening cruises provide upgraded refreshments and snacks, while business rentals feature meeting amenities and tailored catering services.

To secure availability, especially during our high season (May–September), we suggest making reservations 2–3 weeks prior. For business meetings and special private gatherings, booking 4–6 weeks early is advised for better accessibility and to allow time for personalized arrangements.

Our foremost concern is your safety. In the event that our captain determines that weather conditions are hazardous, we will propose a new date for your rental or offer a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the weather forecast and will inform you if there's uncertainty about weather suitability 24 hours pre-departure.

Certainly, guests may bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. We also have exceptional catering options and can create a menu to fit your tastes. For safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited on the yacht.

We aim to accommodate all of our guests. Some yachts are more suitable for guests with limited mobility than others. We suggest discussing your individual needs at the time of reservation so that we can recommend the most appropriate vessel and make any essential arrangements.

Cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full reimbursement. Those made within 24–72 hour period will receive a refund of 50%. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure will not be refunded, unless the cancellation is due to unsuitable weather or mechanical difficulties on our behalf.
